Transient Load Effects on Flanged Joints

This course presents the approaches and methods utilized for examining the Leakage of flanged joints due to thermal transient loads. This phenomenon is one of the most common accidents which may occur over the equipment and piping service life. At the end of this course, “Flexibility Check Tool” (Developed by ACE) will be introduced. This package evaluates transient loads imposed on flanged joints.
