Design and Installation of Small Bore Connections and Tubing Assemblies
This course provides good practice for examination and management of integrity of small bore connections and tubing assemblies throughout their entire life cycle with the aim of maintaining their safety and integrity. This course aims to assist all personnel involved with the design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of such connection assemblies, including those involved in operations and having specific safety and integrity roles with their organization. This course aims to be used for petrochemical plants, oil and gas processing plants, and power generation station. Participants will learn how to avoid fatigue failure from static and dynamic loading, to support tubing, and to select appropriate materials. To put it simply, Paragraphs 122.3.6 (Fittings and Joints), 122.3.7 (Special Safety Provisions), 122.3.8 (Supports), and 122.3.9 (Installations) of ASME B31.1 and paragraph 322.3.2 (Instrument Piping Requirements) of ASME B31.3 will be clarified in great detail.
