Piping Stress Analysis (Advanced)
A close scrutiny of piping stresses due to foundation settlement, bulging effects in pressure vessels, friction effects on piping support, thermal stratification, vibration, and all other effective phenomena on piping design will be discussed in this course. Furthermore, an appropriate method for calculation of pipe support stresses and their allowable stress limits will be presented. It is worthwhile mentioning that the subject maters described in this course will not be addressed in the Caesar II training courses.
