Selection of Valves in Nuclear Power Plants

Inappropriate selection of valves is reported as one of the most important causes of valve failures in nuclear power plants. This course gives participants technical knowledge for selection of valves in order to enhance valves reliability. Evaluation of the main parameters which should be considered to select and design valves are the most important goals of this course. The knowledge gained in this course will help participants select appropriate valves in nuclear power plants.
